The institution provides adequate support to members of the faculty by:
- helping them acquire knowledge and competencies beyond their disciplinary expertise
- facilitate workshops, seminars, and conferences
- encourage them to design and implement innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance their effectiveness as educators.
